Terms of Service
These terms apply to incident response audit services offered by Dataanalyticsx at Hop Shing Coml Bldg, Hung Hom, Hong Kong.
Agreement
By requesting an engagement, paying an invoice, or attending a session, you agree to these terms. Work is advisory regarding incident response readiness for fintech systems. We do not sell monitoring software, process payments on this site, or act as your outsourced SOC without a separate written agreement.
Services
Offerings include incident response audits, playbook tabletop reviews, detection-to-containment gap analysis, evidence readiness reviews, and related materials described on this site. Scope, dates, and fees are confirmed in writing before work begins. Website prices are informational only.
Eligibility & conduct
You confirm you are legally able to enter this agreement in your jurisdiction. Workshops and tabletops require respectful participation and accurate disclosure of systems in scope. We may end an engagement if confidential materials are shared without permission or if sessions are repeatedly disrupted; fees already earned for delivered work remain due.
No outcome promises
Clearer ownership and ranked remediation do not guarantee that incidents will not occur or that regulators will issue favourable findings. Examples used in sessions are teaching tools, not forecasts. You remain responsible for operational and compliance decisions.
Intellectual property
Templates, maps we author, slides, and recordings remain our property unless otherwise stated in writing. You receive a licence to use deliverables internally for your organisation. Redistribution or resale of materials is not allowed without written consent.
Confidentiality
We treat system details, incident samples, and playbooks you share as confidential and limit access to people assigned to your engagement, subject to legal compulsion.
Scheduling
Live dates are stated on the engagement confirmation. We may reschedule for illness or venue issues and will offer an alternate date or a refund per the Refund Policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law in Hong Kong, our liability for any claim related to an engagement is limited to fees you paid for the specific unfinished portion of that engagement. We are not liable for lost profits, opportunity costs, or indirect damages.
